Since I like to know whats going on around me while detecting I was looking for a one ear headphone that would work with my range of detectors. I found the Detectorpro Rattler. Volume control, impendance switch and a well fitting cup is what I like about this headphone. The sound quality is good and it seems of sturdy build quality as well.

So now I can listen to weak signals and know whats going on around me. I tried the in ear type but prefer the larger cup covering the entire ear. I paied around $85 for the Rattler.

As alternative they could be plugged into Piton Wireless Set and become wireless. That would be an ideal set for forest hunting :Good2:
